Chongqing city classic day tour
Chongqing's best-known sights in one guided day: the Great Hall of the People, the monorail through a building at Liziba, the Red Crag history sites, Ciqikou old town, the Yuzhong peninsula and Hongyadong at the end of the day.

Shared group, any day. Bring your passport: names and passport numbers must be confirmed by 17:00 the day before. Travellers aged 70+ need a health statement and a companion; the tour cannot take travellers over 80. Don't book a flight or train for the same evening.

Itinerary
D1Chongqing city, morning to evening
Hotel pickup between 6:50 and 7:50 in central Chongqing. People's Square and the Great Hall of the People (outside view), opposite the Three Gorges Museum. Liziba viewing platform to watch the monorail pass through a building (about 10 min). Zhazidong and Baigongguan, the Red Crag history sites (about 80 min; on Mondays these close and Hongyan Soul Square is visited instead). Lunch on your own. Ciqikou old town (about 60 min). A drive around the Yuzhong peninsula where the two rivers meet, and along Zhongshan 4th Road. Optional: WFC observation deck or the Yangtze River cableway. Finish at Hongyadong, drop-off at Jiefangbei.
