Who do I pay for the treatment?
You pay the hospital directly. Our fee covers travel and support only, on a separate invoice.
Can a family member come with me?
Yes. We prepare the attendant visa file along with the patient's.
How long does a medical visa take?
It depends on the country and the season. Once we have your reports we tell you the current timing.
Will a doctor see my reports before I travel?
Yes. We send your reports to the hospital for an opinion and cost estimate, and then you decide.
What about follow-up after I'm home?
We arrange online follow-up with your doctor.
