Booking terms
How quotes, payments, changes and cancellations work.

1. Who we are
DE Travel is a travel service of DE International, operating under DE International's trade licence, which includes travel agency services. Offices: Room 401–402, Level 4, Sheltech Sierra Computer City, 236 New Elephant Road, Dhaka-1206, Bangladesh, and Room 716, Block 1, Juxin Weishang Building, No. 1452 Guanguang Road, Longhua District, Shenzhen, China.
2. Quotes and bookings
Prices and day plans on this website are a guide. Your booking is based on the written quote and invoice we send you, which list what is included and what is not. A booking is confirmed when we have received your deposit and sent you a written booking confirmation with a booking number.
3. Payment
We accept offline payment only: bank transfer or deposit, mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) to our merchant number, and card or cash at our office. We only accept payment into accounts in the name of DE International or DE Travel, and we send account details only on your invoice. You receive a written receipt for every payment. The balance is due by the date on your invoice.
4. Changes and cancellations
Hotels, transport companies, attractions and airlines each have their own change and cancellation rules. Before you pay, your invoice states the cancellation terms that apply to your trip, including any amounts that cannot be refunded. If we have to change a service for reasons outside our control, we offer the closest alternative or refund the difference.
5. Visas
We help prepare visa files, but visas are decided and issued by the embassy or consulate. We cannot guarantee that a visa will be granted or the time it takes. Visa fees are not included in package prices unless your invoice says so.
6. Flights
DE Travel does not currently sell flight tickets. We plan to apply for IATA and Civil Aviation registration. Until then we can suggest routes and flight times, and you buy tickets directly from the airline.
7. Medical travel
DE Travel arranges travel, accommodation, visas and support for patients. We are not a medical provider and do not give medical advice. Diagnosis, treatment plans, costs and outcomes are the responsibility of the treating hospital and doctors. Patients pay hospital bills directly to the hospital. DE Travel is an authorized international patient agent of Chongqing Hygeia Hospital; information about the hospital on this website comes from the hospital's own materials.
8. Your responsibilities
Please give us accurate information, carry a valid passport and visa, follow local laws and the guidance of your guide, and tell us in advance about any health condition or mobility need that affects your trip. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
9. Photos
We sometimes photograph group activities. If you do not want photos of you used on our website or social media, tell your coordinator and we will not use them.
