What we collect

This website does not have accounts, does not take payments and does not store the forms you fill in. When you tap a WhatsApp button, the message is created on your own device and sent through WhatsApp only if you choose to send it. We then receive what you send us: usually your name, phone number, travel dates and trip details, and for medical travel, your medical reports.

How we use it

We use your information only to plan and deliver your trip: quotes, invoices, hotel and transport bookings, visa files, and, for patients, sharing reports with the hospitals you choose. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the people needed to deliver your trip: hotels, transport providers, guides, the hospital you choose, and embassies when you apply for a visa. Medical reports are shared only with the hospitals you agree to.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as the law requires for accounting, and travel documents only as long as your trip and any follow-up need them. Ask us at any time to see or delete what we hold about you.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It remembers your language choice (English or Bangla) in your own browser. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
